We would like to let the world know that we do not in fact own, nor pretend to own, any characters (or other art) used in imagery on this site, including those portrayed in the said "edited projects."

We do, however, lay rights to our particular translation (to English) of written material found upon the artwork. Anyone found infringing such rights of control over said translations can be dealt with legally.

As a result of the fact that these "edited projects" are our only form of distributing said translation, we will agree to remove distribution of the "edited" works only within 60 days of an official published English release (this applies to anywhere in the world, so long as it's in English and from a publisher with a legal license for the title). Upon licensing of any particular title we work on (again for an English publisher), we agree to halt any further "edited" releases, though distribution will continue on previous releases until they are within the 60 day before-published-release period.

(Frankly, it's only going to help increase your sales. Don't spoil the free publicity.)
